Mustang Rodeo – April 2, 2022, 10am – 3pm

Rodeo is our favorite annual family event; a day filled with live entertainment, games, inflatables, and food. We have not had our Rodeo in three years and we are so excited to reintroduce it and to celebrate with our Greens Prairie Family! Ticket pre-sales have ended. You may purchase tickets in-person on Saturday, April 2 between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. 

We need teams that will join our contest to see who has the best of the best BBQ on the southside of College Station. Our contest, will be judged by local celebrities, keeping the competition friendly! If you have the best BBQ, we hope to see you there!.

Cupcake Wars >>

Calling all bakers! We are looking for the BEST bakers at Greens Prairie. Students (students only – sorry parents!) will bake one dozen cupcakes and turn them in to be judged. They will be rated on the following categories: most creative, best decorated, and tastiest. Additionally there will be one Grand Champion for overall BEST cupcakes. Who will be the best baker?

We will have inflatable games, bounce houses, food trucks, train rides, local entertainment, obstacle courses, laser tag, face painting, shirts, BBQ Cook-off, teacher dunk tank, and more. Interested in being a vendor? Download the vendor form.

Volunteers

We are always looking for volunteers to help! E-mail our PTO Volunteer coordinator, Ann Cotton if you would like to help prep, volunteer the day of Rodeo, or if you know of a student organization (high school and up) that needs service hours. We would love your help!

Rodeo is a family event for our school community and would not be possible without the generous support of our community sponsors.  ways you and/or your comp. We are a 501(C)3 organization and donations are tax deductible.

Funds from sponsorship are used to enhance children’s educational experiences in our school. Your tax deductible contribution will provide your company with recognition at Greens Prairie Elementary and the satisfaction of giving to the children of your community!

RHINESTONE COWBOY SPONSOR – $2500

As a RHINESTONE COWBOY SPONSOR, your name and logo will be displayed on a prominent sign in the cafeteria as well as on display in the trophy case in the entrance to the building. Your name and logo will be displayed on our PTO website for the remainder of the year. Your company name will be recognized in the Rodeo brochure and your name will be displayed on the marquee for a designated time.

TRAIL BOSS SPONSOR – $1000
As a TRAIL BOSS SPONSOR, your name and logo will appear on a prominent sign at the Rodeo. Your company’s name will be recognized in the Rodeo brochure and your name will be displayed on the marquee for a designated time.

CHUCK WAGON SPONSOR – $500
As a CHUCK WAGON SPONSOR, you or your company’s name will be recognized in the Rodeo brochure and your name will be displayed on the marquee for a designated time.

SADDLE SPONSOR – $100
As a SADDLE SPONSOR, you or your company’s name will appear on a small sign next to one of the games and will be recognized in the Rodeo brochure
